Lost in the Mists

In case anyone's wondering what happened to all my old posts, they're still in the database awaiting resurrection but, quite frankly, and given the trivial nature of this site, I'm not convinced that they're worth restoring. I shall keep them around for my own purposes - after all, a few thousand posts represents a lot of my personal crap, but I really can't be bothered to do anything more with them. I'd rather come up with something new and interesting to do but don't hold your breath there, either. I'm pretty good at scripting and dealing with databases but I'm hopeless when it comes to creativity. The idea is the thing, the execution of it is the easy bit.
