Yesterday afternoon I started sorting out all my piles of paperwork - bank statements, pay slips, that sort of thing. I only expected to take a short while but I was mistaken. By the time I’d finished sorting, filing and shredding my back was killing me from sitting in all manner of stupid positions and I was surprisingly tired. On the other hand, it feels really good to have everything in some semblance of order. Perhaps today I shall spend some time doing something a little more pleasurable.

I know I haven’t posted much recently, as has been pointed out by no less a person than my own mother, but it’s OK, I’m still about. I’ve just been rather busy of late, and then lying around in a heap when I wasn’t actually doing anything. Normal service will, as they say, be resumed as soon as possible.
