You can laugh at my ignorance, but I’m not sure about what “clotted cream” is like, either. Is it what we call whipping cream here? Or a lot thicker? In any case, it sounds like so heavenly delicious–wild blueberry pie and clotted cream. Hmm…nice.
Not wild blueberries, but wild monkeys we can see in nearby mountains. Few people dare to put them in a pie, though.
